The opening test requires the storage tank to be stopped, poured, opened and cleaned, so that the inspection personnel can enter the tank to carry out various tests, mainly using magnetic leakage, ultrasonic, ray, magnetic powder and penetration. Due to the huge number of welds on the bottom of the tank, it is generally done to spot check the surface crack of the weld, and need to polish the anti-corrosion layer.
